Hi, After updating BPS to version 2022.1.4.111, I can't see the data source columns for dictionary processes. This applies to creating filters. Fixed value lists do not have this problem. What is causing this problem or change in behavior?

Hi, I have 2 dictionaries: Countries and Cities. In the Cities dictionary, the form field 'country' is a picker field from the Countries dictionary.I would like this field to become a hyperlink which would take me to the Country dictionary instance for that country. I was expecting this to work at least in the Dictionary report Cities but it doesn't. For example when creating the Barcelona city instance in the Cities dictionary I selected Spain as a country. Hello. Has anybody an idea if and how it is possible to create a data source from two different data connections? I.e. I have a database (MS SQL) with visitor data and the CacheOrganizationStructure table in the webcon content DB (MS SQL, too). Now I want to create a datasource for a Choice field, where I could query for names in both tables. It is purely for reading data. Kind regards Klaus
Dear Forum I am trying to remove SharePoint list items in one of actions. It works well when I pass a sharepoint item ID, but I do not have this available in webcon. I would like to delete an item based on other column that I have. I tried CAML query below, but it does not work. Tried different columns, tried "" and '', tried contains but it does not work. Dear Community, from last Friday (29th of July) I experience issues with SOAP Web Service at https://sprawdz-status-vat.mf.gov.pl that checks if Supplier is active VAT payer. Does anyone have same issue? Should we consider "migrating" to https://wl-api.mf.gov.pl REST Web Service, where we can check VAT status also? What about limitations of wl-api service? Hello all, Does anyone configured an Item List to be initialized with a SQL query that will query from another database? In this case I want to query from an Oracle DB and initialize the columns with the columns from the query: select milestone as {DCNCOL:185}, milestone_date as {DCNCOL:186}, amount as {DCNCOL:187}, currency_code as {DCNCOL:188}, amount_euro as {DCNCOL:189} from PL_Invoicing I'm trying to this but it's not working. Hi all, Yesterday i upgrade Webcon to version 2023.1.3.118 and one things change. In workflow "Faktury" (Invoice) a had an action that download using Rest Api information about working time of employee. Using this data, system fill table with invoice items (eg. cost allocation ). But in this version i get error that: "No exact match was found for:..." ("Nie znaleziono dokładnego dopasowania:...") for attribute Choice field. In previous version this work fine. And there is no pattern in this (...)
Hi, Sorry for my lack of knowledge but I've just installed WEBCON 2 days ago. Please help! I want to add in a item list rows from a SQL database but: Querying data is ok. I want to select a product name based on that query (from a Choice field) and get the correspondent price from the query... Also my query is based on another field as a filter When I change the value of that filter, the list of products should change but it doesn't. And also, I can't get the price for the product... (...)
Hi everyone, does anyone has an idea, why a data source dictionary would not return all data, also "access data in the context of system account" is checked? I was banking my head on the wall, why the form validation stopped working until I noticed that the lastest workflow instances are not returned by the data source. The screenshot shows the data from the "data sources" navigation pane, it's not a field which is filtered. Best regards, Daniel
I am attempting to control the AD sync on two different domains. How do I filter out the disabled accounts on the domains? There are users with the same names on both domains, is it possible to have the unique identifier the BPS ID as opposed to the Name so that users with the same name can by synced as 2 different accounts?

Hello All, as of 01.03.2024, Webcon BPS service has stopped downloading current exchange rates from the NBP. Nothing has changed in the configuration (Webcon 2021.1.5). And the server has a connection to the NBP API service. I cannot find any errors in the service logs Do you have the same problem? Is there somewhere a cut-off date until when the rate should be downloaded? Thank you in advance for your help
Hello Community, I want to set form fields based on a dropdown selection which gets its data from a sharepoint list. I can set the value from the selection just fine. However I can only access the data with type ID and Name. The rest of the data has no type and does not show up for any rules I want to configure. How can I address this data in the form?
