Hi, we just updated on Friday to Version 2021.1.4.36. Just now a user called and showed me that she is getting an unknown exception error when trying to add an attachment to a manually created new instance. She has the rights to do so, and can add attachments as soon as the instance is manifested in the DB through save button that directs to the same step. So there is a known workaround, but it would be nice if this got fixed. I as an administrator can still add attachments before saving th (...)
IN webcon 2022.1.4.404 I discovered error on save Action. if send config e-mail action is in "on remove item" - email is sent and revived if if send config e-mail action is in "on save workflow element" then - no email. I was try first with conduction in action , then with no condition but with "condition true / false" and on the end just with out any condition ... and in any case email was not sent when record was created and save or just saved after edition ...
After upgrading to most recent version 2021.1.3.205, a simple form rule definded at path parameters stopped working (the rule on the attached screen). If I change the rule just to CONFIRM['Something'] (without the IF), then it works, but with the IF it does not. It used to work in 2021.1.1.53. Anyone experiencing such an issue?
Probably from yesterday during the synchronization of exchange rates we get 404 in Webcon (version 2020.1.3.434). I would only like to get information whether it is a planned disable of the API or just a temporary break?
Hi, We have been getting more and more timeouts in our processes lately. For example, we are getting Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerTimeoutException: The server request timed out. What could be possible reasons? Where can I start researching? Thank you!
Problem with synchronization exchange rates from NBP (404 - Not - Found)
Hi, we recently upgraded our DEV-Environment to latest 2021.1.2.136. Today i was evaluating the new version with our existing processes, and stumbled upon something that didn't occur to me in the past. I have a crucial picker field in an item list, that has target fields from some of the columns in that same item list. It works in our current PROD version (2020.1.3.411). In 2021 it throws: "Sequence contains no matching element" - Error, and the value is not transferred into the target (...)
Hi guys, got case here where in Webcon's report there is a row from item list. This row is added as a column to the [Columns available in report] as on the screenshot, but remains unticked, therefore not visible in the default view on the report. Nonetheless, report still shows multiple lines with same data/instance ID, if there is > 1 item list row with data on the form. This should be the case if the column is used in the report - ticked either in the default view or in one of the custom views (...)
After updating to version 2023.1.1.41, errors are occurring on the portal. All processes are working correctly, did any of you have a similar problem? Any known issue regarding license services. because we are getting an error message in the portal saying "Failed to load license. Please check if the license server is running". From the application management tool the services is running successfully and when I try to refresh the licenses from the license manager tool I am getting an error message saying "Cannot connect license service. Please check if the license service is active". even after restarting webcon services the issue remains (...)
Hi, I have such a problem. At some step in the process, there is required approval for costs. The task is signed to first person, but he is on sick leave, thus the task is assigned to a substituter, but a substituter is also on sick leave, so the task should be assigned to substituter of substituter, but isn't. BPS version 2021.1.4.118
Hi everyone, this post is for the few how develop processes OnPrem and import them to an WEBCON Apps instance. All others can ignore this post. I just encountered a little problem. If you have business rules with multiple parameters you need to verify that the parameters have been imported in the correct order. It may happen that this is not the case, (1) in the screenshot. Otherwise the values may be assigned to the wrong parameter (2). Best regards, Daniel

Dear All, When I try to submit quantity of labels with barcodes to be printed from field I get an error (attached). Same situation when I use definition of database field (i.e. {WFD_AttInt1}). This field is integer. When entering manually a digit there is no issue. Any workaround? :) Kind regards.

Hi, After installing the web Outlook plugin I am getting some error on the "Show context item form" button. All the other action buttons work properly, but I am getting the following error on the first one: {"type":"Exception","message":"Cannot use cache in config db context","errorGuid":"f8b38a8e-7220-461b-83f6-f2f8d65aae47","stacktrace":"","innerError":null} You can also see the attached pictures. I encountered a problem with removing the connection to the data source. The studio reports that the connection is in use. The usage sheet reports that the connection is not in use. I found where it is used... I searched in studio and indeed the 'Workflow' connection was used in sql command.
I've noticed after installing 2023.1.3.29 that vacation charts stopped working and investigated what is the problem. After some tests it seems that the values of used and avalilable days that were previously automatically calculated based on the items already in the workflow are the problem and probably an error occurs when the engine tries to calculate them. When I turn off the visibility of both fields and leave only the "from previous year" and "from current year" ones visible, tha chart work (...)
Did any of you try to make a chart with a sum aggregation on a calculated decimal column? In both 2022 and 2023, we seem to get the following error. If I select count, it works, but any other calculation (sum, avg, min, max) gives the same error.
