I have created an app and a dictionary. Now for this app, i have to create same process, but with different set of users. What is the best way to do it? 1. Clone the workflow, set it a Custom Instance number and modify steps with the new group of users? 2. Clone the process? 3. Export that app as a template? But when i want to import it, i have to use that dictionary i have created. Thanks

Hello everyone, it seems that in a report, you can only drag columns from one items list. If I try to add a column from another items list to the report, I receive an error message " Error adding items list column - There are already selected columns from items list ...." We need a report that combines columns from various items lists. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks Lina

Hi, Is there any way to remove saved comments from an element? I would like to use the native comment field, but I need to delete the old comments in a certain step. Is this possible, or should I use the AttLong attribute instead of the native comment field? Best regards, Bartek
Hi, we recently upgraded our DEV-Environment to latest 2021.1.2.136. Today i was evaluating the new version with our existing processes, and stumbled upon something that didn't occur to me in the past. I have a crucial picker field in an item list, that has target fields from some of the columns in that same item list. It works in our current PROD version (2020.1.3.411). In 2021 it throws: "Sequence contains no matching element" - Error, and the value is not transferred into the target (...)

Hello, I have an equipment initialization process (1) , followed by another process of allocating this equipment to a user (2). I have created a Report - "Equipment allocation" and I want to add a calculated column to this report that brings in the "Series" of the equipment from the Initialization process. Hi! We have a business request to save email in instance we have just sent out with Webcon action. I know some workarounds: - show some details from wfmails table - create hotmailbox and process cc-d email But I do not like them. I have not tried, but maybe with msgraph api it is solvable. Does anyone have a good solution to save sent email in msg/eml file as attachment? Thanks! BR Peter
Hello, I would like to create some daily or weekly reports based on the requests made that day/week. Is there a scheduled process that can do that? Or Is it possible to achieve this in Webcon? For example, in Power automate there is a scheduled flow that can be set to run whenever you want. Thanks.

Hi there, while starting a new instance, i am giving the users the ability to make a save for the moment (caching all inputs so far), so they could finish the instance later. If the user wants to start that instance again, all input fields are invisible and a DATA TABLE shows the already started instance including LINKS to that instance. Hello, I have a form field - multiple lines of text (rich). When i send an e-mail, i set my form field - last entry text. If i write a text and add a new line, it multiples the number of lines in e-mail...as you can see in the attached screenshots. Do you know why is it happening? And what is there to do? Thank you.
