Support Business Rules in Path Configuration "Availability Restriction on Reports"

Hi,

it would be very helpful if the "Availability Restriction on Reports" setting in the "General" path configuration could support Business Rules in addition to the existing user picker.

A practical use case is a Save Draft" path where the workflow instance is assigned to the current user = author without validation. In this scenario, the instance should only be visible in reports to the author or a WEBCON administrator until it is moved to a next step.

With Business Rules, this logic could be configured dynamically and reused consistently across workflows, providing much greater flexibility than a static user selection.
