Can't edit word documents from Webcon form

Hello,

I have a .docx file attached to a Webcon form. When I click the three dots to open the menu and select "Edit file", Microsoft Word opens, but the file content never appears, and Word seems to be stuck processing. Even after a couple of minutes, nothing loads. If Microsoft Word is already open before taking this action, nothing happens at all.

This issue affects most users. However, I have one computer where it works correctly—when I click "Edit file", Word opens with the document, and I can edit and save it without issues.

Does anyone know what causes this behavior and how to fix it?

My Webcon version is 2025.2.
