Trouble with timeouts

Hi,

I am currently having Trouble with timeouts in my system. I made an easy timeout that should only do a path transition every minute, to test if the timeouts would work. Currently no action is called during the trigger of the timeout, but even when adding a simple action the timeout doesn’t work.
I did check the following thread about a similar problem (https://community.webcon.com/forum/thread/1068?messageid=1068). Their it is suggested to check if all services are working and if “basic features” are enabled in the Service configuration, but I didn’t find an option to do that. Am I missing specific services? And if I do how can I add those?

Hi Nick,

is the timeout not executed or is the timeout not created in the first place or what do you mean that it doesn't work?
If you switch the form to admin mode you can take a look at the timeouts. If there's no entry the timeout itself hasn't been created.
Maybe the timeout also runs into a problem? You will see this there too as well as in the history.
I have sometimes the "problem" that I have the form in edit mode / checked out which prevents the execution of the timeout.
In your case the timeout would probably create a new version every minute, if the path leads to the same step.
