Error when trying to export the application

I have no idea why you get this error, but as far as I can tell, you have a dictionary which causes the problem.

You could try to export all items to excel using the report. If this doesn't cause the same problem, you could delete entries from the dictionary and test the export again.
Of course this is no solution for your problem and it would only work if you didn't use the workflow instance ids of the dictionary elements in other processes. As long as you did use only the GUIDs you could import the deleted items again and everything should be fine because the GUIDs are reused during the import.

Nevertheless I would do a backup of the database before testing this workaround.
