Dear All,
maybe in Studio there could be a check option if signature format is used by any other process or form type?
When you have many processes it gets harder to keep all acronyms unique.
What do you think?

I'd love to have something like that, for signatures and for acronyms as well. Even with not so many applications it's easy to get conflicts.

There is an option to Check process in Actions menu in Studio, but I'm not sure if this action validates signature and acronyms. And it is done after signature is set.
Thanks Sebastian Paziewski for this tip.

A complete check would be when the chosen signature would check against the signature definition as well as against the existing instances. In case a signature was changed over time.
Of course this would only work for „static“ signatures which don’t rely on business rules /field values.
