Hello,
is there a way to do a repeating table within a repeating table. Nested tables, to have a parent child relationship between the tables?

Hi,
I believe you are referring to accordion-style tables. It's possible to create such a table using HTML fields.
You need a technical field of the 'multiple lines of text' type to store the information in a JSON format, and in the HTML field, you can create the accordion-style table.
