Hi,
Have you encountered this situation?
I deleted some instances using the 'Remove Personal Data" then "Archive workflow instances' action.
Both actions delete the instance, but the instance's signature remains in the WFElementSignatures table.

Hi Raluca,

This is an expected behavior to ensure uniqueness of a signature within a WEBCON BPS environment.
The only way to make signatures reassignable is to delete all workflow instances from a process, using Designer Studio's Administration tools. See attached screenshot.
