Audit log

Hi,

it would be great having an audit log or audit trail feature as e.g. Microsoft and Atlassian have it to get an easy overview of what a specific user has done.

Security relevant features like last login/access timestamp to WEBCON portal, Designer Desk and Designer Studio should get saved seperately. Right now there seems to be no information available in the database when a user last used one of the modules.

The audit log could also contain login events for failed logins for easier debugging. The audit log could also store activities e.g. CRUD of WF-instances in portal or activities in Designer Desk and Designer Studio.

Here you'll find a small example:
Timestamp Event User Module
20250911080000 Login user1@ Portal
20250911080200 Started instance with ID 1234 user1@ Portal
20250911081000 Login user2@ Designer Desk
20250911081100 Created project with ID 1234 user2@ Designer Desk
20250911091700 Login admin@ Designer Studio
20250911091700 Saved app with ID 1234 admin@ Designer Studio

Of course there could be a lot of more details for CRUD activities with other objects as form types, form fields, form and business rules, connections, data sources. As this historical information is mostely already stored in the database maybe only another user centric view would be necessary for filling up the audit log with this details too.

Kind Regards
Sébastien
