Hi,
At first the challenge - I'm currently reaching max # of Choose fields in my process.
Trying to avoid future troubles I'm adding new workflows in a new process, and this leads to massive amount of duplicates of: business rules, constants, automations (fortunately not form rules).
Let's say i have a business rule which contains some users call it 'Manager Role' - inside of the app, there are many manager roles, but lets make it simple.
It's used on few buttons around the process to make sure only Managers can execute them.
Now on the new Process i have to recreate the same business rule, to store same managers, and this leads to trouble in maintaining - i have two places to update, that's why I'm creating Global rules instead. (I like 'em DRY)
It would be great to have a 'Promote to Global Scope' button on Business Rules, Constants, Automations, Action Templates etc, so we could just move those to a scope, which is available for all processes (unfortunately not in an application, but whole system, something like Application Scope sounds tempting, but we don't have this one to choose).
I get that some of those might need some kind of refactor to make them work again in global scope, but this would save some time and headaches.
