Hi everyone,

we received again the request to add an outgoing mail as an attachment. I know that we are not alone with it and the current workaround is, that the mail is also send to a mailbox which is watched by the HotMailBoxes functionality.

Having a configuration option on the "Send custom notification" to define, whether the mail should be added as an attachment to the current workflow instance would simplify this greatly.
It would even be better, if this isn't a simple check box but we could define the workflow instance id instead. This would make it future proof.
