The migration of privileges (https://community.webcon.com/posts/post/migration-of-privileges/190/4) is a very useful tool for copying permissions from one user to another. At the moment, however, it operates only on a global level. It would be highly beneficial to extend this functionality by introducing a filtering option that allows administrators to specify which applications or processes should be included in the migration. Of course, an “All” option should remain available as well.
I am aware that it is possible to create an action at the process level to manually select specific WFD_IDs and include them when assigning permissions. However, since we already have a powerful tool available at the administrator level, it would be a valuable improvement to enhance its capabilities to support more granular, application- or process‑specific privilege migrations.
This would make the tool more flexible and significantly simplify permission management.
