When you are starting with WEBCON BPS, I can also recommend my expert series. While this is from 2021 it will still provide you with a deep dive into the inner workings of WEBCON BPS. Of course, WEBCON BPS has evolved and some things would be implemented differently, you will gain valuable insights. If you wonder what has changed, let me point out two things:

• The way item lists have been updated with an action drastically changed.
• Automations haven't been available then.
