Seems like Setting the step type to "Wait for Scan (system step)" solves my problem. I will leave the thread open for a while, my solution might not be a good one.

I have a workflow that will wait for an attachment to be added. The attachment is added via A mailbox. I can trigger action uppon instance saving, however i did not find a way to do a path transistion. I appreciate all help.

I was searching for an option where i do not have do it in a seperate action. Does someone know if this will be a feature thats automatically changes the coressponding fields when changing the value of the autocomplete via an action?

How can i fill target fields of an autocomplete field when setting the autocomplete via an Action? There is an action where i fill an autocomplete field via an action however the target fields are not automatically filled with it. I would prefer if i do not have to fill them individually.

We already cleared the problem, however should is this behaviour intended ? Secondly if i press the button it would also add the columns that i do not want to fill with sql and then i would have to manually remove them.

There is a column (Co_Id) in an item list that states that it is used in an replace item list action. However the Action is not using this column. See the pictures in the attachments. For more information, as far as i know the replace item list used an action template in the template settings.
