reports have a nice feature, which forces people to submit a search before showing results. However it is possible to submit the search without entering anything. So all result would be returned. It would be a great feature to configure a minimal amount of letter to enter before being able to submit the search.

Hi All we have a large report build in one of our processes (list of all invoices which contains >350k items) which is now not loading for users. we have rebuilt it in SOLR and it is fast like TGV train but we had some calculated columns based on item lists which we need to rebuild. Is there any manual, KB article that describes this or anyone having expierience?

Hi all. I have the requirement to create a report that aggregates process columns from multiple workflows. In the portal report configuration menu from the source tab I can choose multiple processes->workflows. However, doing so wil only allow me to pick system columns and not process related ones. Is there a way to surface process columns from across multiple workflows to build the report?
