New version of WEBCON now available!

WEBCON 2026.2.5 released: smarter AI conversations, faster process design, greater control

The latest version of WEBCON introduces improvements that make working with business processes more intuitive and efficient. AI Concierge is now more powerful, supporting context-aware conversations and helping users find information faster. It can retrieve assigned tasks, search workflow instances, display key details, and provide direct links to relevant items in Portal. Users can also ask AI Concierge to populate comments and work with attachments from other workflow instances. Meanwhile, AI Assistant in Designer Desk can now configure the Field matrix, automatically defining field visibility, editability, and requiredness at individual workflow steps, reducing manual configuration. Developers gain more flexibility with a new JavaScript API function for executing Business rules directly from forms, while administrators can disable SOLR indexing for selected processes. This release also includes important security updates, performance optimizations, and fixes that improve platform stability and reliability.
