Dear Community,
I’d like to propose an idea: adding the ability to create folders (not categories currently available) in the attachments area.
This would allow users to better organize multiple attachments in a way that suits their needs.

Can you please elaborate why folders would be needed? Is it about a possibility of nesting folders within folders?

Dear Michal,
Regular users are more familiar with folders and files than categories. They could create folders in attachment section to better organize them.
Many processes in companies includes more than one file. Folders also could be a solution for manual versioning the files. I can imagine that we can set "predefined" folder structure in process and users are obligated to add valid attachments into.
In process where users collaborate back and forth many attachments can be added during the flow. Adding folders can help keeping attachments organized.
This is just an idea. :)
