How to move applications between directories?

Which directories do you mean? The application group in WEBCON or some other place? Post a screenshot

Dear Maciej,
If I understand correctly, there is a Group selector field located at the bottom of the General tab of the application. There, you can assign the application to one of the predefined groups. Please see the attached screenshot for reference.
