Hello everyone,

over the past few months, I have been experiencing an issue where my browser session in WEBCON expires frequently. This behavior is also observed by my customers. Notably, the logout occurs even after relatively short periods of inactivity.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue or identified potential causes for this behavior? I would appreciate any recommendations on how to resolve or mitigate it.

Hi Michael,

the only thing which comes to my mind would be an Application Proxy which doesn’t use passthrough for credentials.

I don’t assume, that the default settings for the cookies have been modified. :)

Thinking about cookies, the time zone/ date of the servers are ok?

Hello,
Problem could be related with proxy settings, user authentication, and antivirus settings themselves. Analyzing this isn't easy.
First, please try clear the browser cache. Use different browser, such as Edge, without any add-ons. If there's an antivirus installed, remove it for testing. Further analysis should involve network administrators.
