Hello, If your counter for your timeout is set to minutes or hours then you need to check "Enable time selection" (advance configuration) from your date/time field. Otherwise the time is set to T00:00:00, maybe this is the problem Hope this helps

Hello, I did a quick test, i had a date/time field and with time checked so i can start my timeout after 1 minute and it did not work as long as the date/time field was set in the same step where the timeout is located. If i used just a simple path that leads to the same step, then it worked. B
