The OpenID authentication in WEBCON BPS 2021 can be used for "standard"user authentication only. Rest API, Data sources etc.. will be extended in next releases of WEBCON BPS.

The mass notification functionality will be rebuilt in the WEBCON BPS 2021 (soon). There will be an option to define many different types of mass notifications with different templates (user-defined templates) and different conditions (based on business rules).

The Gantt chart (timeline) is planned for WEBCON BPS 2022 release.

First of all - we ARE NOT replacing Sharepoint and we are not fighting with Sharepoint! You can still use Sharepoint if you like. Sharepoint is good, Sharepoint is fine, Sharepoint is flexible. Our main motto for a Portal is: "Standardization" that's why we decided to "freeze" the Portal look. But

Do not expect that option as a standard in WEBCON BPS. We/you/Partner can do it as an SDK plugin. Why? Because is a lot of questions to answer every time any customer wants to implement such an option: 1. what is an encryption algorithm (symmetrical/asymmetrical). 2. Where encryption keys are stored

It looks to be a bug (for AAD synchronization) - sorry. Will be corrected soon.

Do you synchronize the BPS User list with AAD, or with AD? It works (100%) with AD synchronization. Let me check AAD too.
