I think that in your processes if you don't need the attachments anymore, on the removal action you can check the "remove binary data" option. This would remove the content of the file competely. Also for any other instances you can use the archiving functionality. This can either move your reco

We often use the add privileges action to add or remove privileges from one workflow to other workflows. The actions actually only require a list of users and a list of instance IDs. It doesn't matter from what workflows or processes. So you can use that one in any process.

Hi, You can do it either form the main form if you want for all the steps, wither from each step, on the form tab. Once you click on the attachment field you get on the left side some settings that allow you to manipulate adding, deleting and the editing of files.

I didn't bother to search, but I am 100% sure that at some point we've asked if this is possible and someone from webcon told us that is not possible. I have even confirmed it with my colleagues who were surprised as well. This is why I have been so surprised finding this almost 2 years later :))

Also maybe would be good to have an absence request process where before someone takes holiday and adds a substitute, the system will check if that person is on holliday. Also when a substitution would request holliday in that same period of time, he would be notified to come up with a solution.

At this pointthe only way to generate multiple word documents is to create multiple actions, or if you have a dynamic number of documents, you should use subworkflows. The second solution works alright when we are talking about 2-20 documents, but (I'm not sure if all of you are aware) creating

I haven't used that checkbox so far because I thought it will filter out the attachments matching that rule. Try unckecking the checkbox. If you leave the rule for additional attachments like in the picture it will ignore all the other attachments.

Usualy in order to use The graph api you would need an App registration. That app registration will contain all the rquired data (client, tenant, application id, secret...) In order to create an app registration you must go to https://portal.azure.com -> Azure Active Directory -> App Registration
