Tool tip for path description - HTML tags acceptation NOT NOW

Sorry - I just read that it's about the description of the path and not the step :/
sorry for the confusion - but maybe WEBCON fixed that too ;)

It certainly makes sense since step description supports HTML tags. We'll have a closer look at path tool tips during the work on the UX.
I'm chaging the status to "in backlog"

Short update: we had a recent decision about not extending the tooltip functionality, so I'm changing the status accordingly.
