Gemini 2.5 Flash and Gemini 2.5 Flash-Lite Model Expiration – Changes to AI Feature Configuration
Please be informed that the Gemini 2.5 Flash and Gemini 2.5 Flash-Lite models will expire on October 20, 2026.
As a result, users working with AI features in WEBCON should review their current model configurations to avoid potential disruptions.

What does this change mean, and what should you do?
The behavior of AI features after the models expire depends on their current configuration:
If Gemini 2.5 Flash or Gemini 2.5 Flash-Lite has been explicitly selected in the configuration of an AI feature, it must be replaced with another available model that does not have a scheduled expiration date.
After October 20, 2026, attempting to execute an AI feature configured to use an expired model will display a message indicating that the selected model has expired.
If the Default option is selected in the AI feature configuration, no action is required.
In this case, the model selection mechanism will automatically select the next available model based on the configured priority order. This ensures that the expiration of the current model does not require manual changes to the AI feature configuration.
