As a result of changing libraries for the WEBCON BPS Portal component to ASP.NET Core 6.0, as of the WEBCON BPS 2022 R3 version the runtime environment changes to .NET Core CLR. The new environment does not support MS SQL server aliases. Consequently, it is necessary to use the MS SQL server's direct name in the WEBCON BPS Portal configuration files and in the definition of MSSQL database connections configured in WEBCON BPS Designer Studio.
