Dear Martin, not sure if this may be useful for you, but maybe community will find it helpful: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/zpl-printer/phoidlklenidapnijkabnfdgmadlcmjo Haven't use it, because I have access to Zebra printer, but looks promising :)
Hi Ingo, I would definitely check if any proxy is set in Internet Options (in Control Panel). Additionally check Proxy settings in WEBCON BPS Studio (screen #2).
Dear Piotr, are you able to provide error you receive? It will be easier to find solution. Additionally assume that Azure AD Enterprise application ID and secret (where you granted permissions) are valid in BPS configuration :) Best.
Dear All, I just posted on User Voice suggestion to add (optionally) icons to path buttons. Something similar to icons on menu buttons (actions). Link do UV post: https://community.webcon.com/forum/thread/2285/15
Dear Community, how about adding an icon to path button? Something similar to adding an icon to menu button. I think it could be very useful and could improve user experience in this matter. Best.
Hi Michał, Kamil Nędza posted an article about how to export attachments directly from SQL database: https://alterpaths.com/attachments-export-from-the-webcon-bps-database/ I have use it (with adjustments to my process) and it works OK.
OK, so here are my notes regarding this issue. It worked in my environment only with synced accounts from local AD (sync to Azure AD from AD). Accounts created in Azure AD (only) didn't work. Also noticed that I had to input data with selected option Exchange on-premises/SMTP Server. Without t
New update here. After updating (may not be relevant here) WEBCON BPS to 2022.1.3.65 I get error while sending e-mail notifications (from workflow, as actions): "Length of the data to decrypt is invalid." Email notification is set to Microsoft Graph. Permission is granted both as Application an
Martin, could it be a firewall? Is it Azure SQL Managed Instance or just Azure SQL database? Notice that these are different products and have different specifications. Take a look here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-sql/database/security-overview?view=azuresql
Martin, I think that Pawel is referencing to permissions in Microsoft Graph. If you don't limit it in Microsoft Graph you could enter any e-mail (like CEOs email) in WEBCON BPS general settings. And notifications will be send as CEOs email.
Dear All, just want to confirm that I switched to option no. 1 and it worked fine. Just bear in mind to grand valid permissions (for Microsoft Graph, Mail.Send) in API permissions on App registration at Azure AD.
Hi Paweł, thanks for a quick response here. I think it may be useful for others :) Best!
Dear Community, just a general question about e-mail notification with Microsoft 365 accounts. On 01.10.2022 Microsoft will disable Basic authentication. How do you plan to keep working e-mail notifications with SMTP from M365?
Dear Dan, what I have done some time ago and it worked: - switch from AD authentication for users (portal) to Azure AD authentication - changed configuration in Azure AD Application Proxy to pass-through With these settings Azure AD Application Proxy is passing request to WEBCON directly (as
Dear All, is there any possibility to display report as calendar type, but with 12 months, as full year view? Currently we only see option to display one month (largest one). Thanks for any response here. Best, Adam.
Dear Razvan and Daniel, In Standalone installation guide (inside installation folder) there is information like this: 1. Prerequisites WEBCON BPS has access to several modes of installation that take into account different combinations of available platforms and the needs of users. The follow
Dear Pawel, Thanks for your feedback here. I will send a question to our MS Partner about licensing SQL Web Edition. But as I want to run it in Azure environment MS is SPLA partner here :) Due to complexity in Microsoft licensing it is worth having confirmation from them. Yeah, I assume that an
Dear Damian, Thanks for your reply. If you can share such information, please tell me do you use it (i) as a production environment; (ii) in Azure? With such an approach a lot of money can be saved (license cost difference between standard and web edition is significant). Regards.
Dear Community, does anyone have any experience installing WEBCON BPS Standalone version on SQL server Web Edition? Tried to find you if this version of SQL server is eligible to use with WEBCON BPS but didn't find anything accurate. From technical perspective it should work (required full-text se
Martin, thanks for response and idea about PNG. Unfortunately, we want to collect signatures on tablets with stylus. And not from users / employees. I also don't find very secure storing users' signatures as a graphics. Can be used by "bad guys". OK, maybe WEBCON Team will provide some feed
