The admin account is intended solely for initial platform configuration, not application/process configuration. You should configure the authentication provider that you will use in your further work and grant administrative permission to the user from this provider (Active Directory, Entra ID or an
Have you thought about using WEBCON BPS - > Welcome Text?
Hi Adam There is built-in mechanism in WEBCON BPS but it works only during DB maintenance. During WEBCONBPS site maintenance, you can use dedicated IIS Sites (with a dedicated Application Pool). That site is stopped during normal WEBCON BPS operation and started during Portal maintenance only.
Try to use the new analytics functionality in WEBCON BPS - described: https://community.webcon.com/posts/post/data-analysis-in-webcon-bps/385/4
We (WEBCON) use containers in our SaaS environment. There is article: https://community.webcon.com/posts/post/installing-webcon-bps-in-containers-kubernetes/448/3 In the case of a large, scalable environment it is worth considering.

Guys! Please wait for a official publication.
If you want to use Active Directory integration (AD users synchronization, AD Actions), the server with the WEBCON BPS Portal installed has to be a domain member. If you want to use eg. Entra ID (former Azure Active Directory), you can install WEBCON BPS on a standalone server.
Hi ce! We found the Simple Recovery mode easiest to maintain for most customers. You can change this mode depending on your disaster-recovery policy.
You can try to use: https://github.com/WEBCON-BPS/public-forms (THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS"). The next step may be to use functionality: https://community.webcon.com/posts/post/public-link/386/3 Best Regards Pawel Jawien
WEBCON BPS is a platform, not a ready-to-use application, so by default, the platform does not know what type of data is stored in it, and it is not possible to do such an audit for a platform. You need to build the application according to the given rules and audit this type of application - and
Do you have any pre-authentication method configured or pass through authentication?
Do you have more than one FrontEnd Server and a load balancer in your environment? (some load balancers do not support Windows NT authentication correctly).

Have you configured an authentication provider eg. Active Direcrory or Azure Active Directory or any other? Or you try to configure email notifications using a internal BPSAdmin user?
Could you check an "Event Viewer -> Application and Services Logs -> WebCon Workflow" if any additional info exists?
