I already asked a similar question regarding a signature field. I updated the Word template because old references broke it apparently, then and then it worked. I now have a multi-line advanced text field with settings and editor. I tried to add in word as rich text field control with and without Business rule / only text field value. Should I try to create the word again until it works ?
