Addition of a global automation error handling configuration.

Hi,

From an administrator's point of view, it would be very helpful to add the ability to add global automation error handling.
By this I mean the ability to enable such an option in the global configuration and, for example, add an email notification action about automation errors in the context of the whole system.
In the email it would be possible to use process/step variables and specify the recipients.

Such a configuration would work in addition to, and independently of, other error handling actions added individually per automation.

In many cases, this would help to solve many problems before they are even noticed by end users, especially when actions are taken based on timeouts and other automated actions.

Regards.

I'm currently creating such notifications in some new integrations, or critical ones, to ensure that there will be a quick action, and fix to it.
Having a global ones seems like a nice idea, but maybe with a toggle on process scope - if it should use default error handling.

Stretching idea a bit - possibility to configure few automation error handlings, and possibility to define which one should be used for specified process if there is none defined on specific automation. (something similar to configurabe e-mails)
