Integration in MS Graph and Copilot UNDER REVIEW
0

Hi,

we would like to make WEBCON processes available via Copilot agents and to use the knowledge in WEBCON through the MS Graph to use it in Copilot and other Azure Services.

It would be great having a WEBCON on-prem graph connector data source for the MS search & intelligence service and Teams apps/agents e.g. like those offered from Atlassian for Confluence and Jira. One use case would be to passthrough a teams chat message to an agent via action in the context menu, parsing the message with AI Prompt to extract data and create JSON, fill out an adaptive card offering data from WEBCON to trigger the wished process and pass all needed data as JSON for the form fields to it. We build prototypes for such scenarios but it would be a greater impact if this would be in your portfolio out of the box and for all customers.

What about an integration in the announced MS ESS Agent?

Are there any plans on all this? Would be amazing news.

Kind Regards
Sébastien
