Could you please extend the BPS group with an optional email field?
Reason:
By having an email field for the BPS group, it would be possible to send the email to a group mail box, rather than to every user.

Hi Markus, for such functionality AAD Groups are probably more well-suited. As far as I know, mail servers won't be able to handle the content of such a group.

There are still a lot of companies who are using group mail boxes. Often they have a group mail box and a security group with the same people, only for the reason that you can not send an email to a security group.
The current solution in WEBCON BPS is, to assign the tasks without not sending emails, but sending one to the group mail box.
It would make things easier, to optionally add an email address to a BPS group, and if existing only send the email to the group rather than to every user.
