I strongly support this idea.
We now and then have this requirement, although up to now it was not mandatory.
I would like to add also previewing an attachment to the audit log.

I think that if someone has already displayed the form, it can be assumed that they had access to the attachment and displayed it, but if this were additionally separated, it would certainly be even better :)
