Additional menu options for attachments

It would be great to have some more actions to be used for additional attachment menu actions.
What i'm missing most, is the usage of the hyperlink action, which would give the possibility to start a new workflow.
Of course, the attachment-id must be available for the configuration of the hyperlink action.
