Thanks to cooperation with the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, as part of the “Workflow – information and document management” course, we conducted workshops with students.
After a short introduction on the most important features of LCAP platforms that facilitate the design and automation of processes - we moved on to practice. Students of Computer Science and Econometrics, who learned the BPMN notation describing processes, this time had to translate it into the language of BPS.
Participants of the classes had individual work environments at their disposal. The principles of the system operation and the different "drawing language" of the workflows were not difficult - they were considered intuitive and easy to use. The only obstacle we had to face was too little time. Student Juvenalia and the European Games taking place in Krakow slightly thwarted our plans, because the schedule of the classes was significantly altered.
But it certainly wasn't a waste of time. Many people came across Low Code platforms and the WEBCON BPS system for the first time. There were also many applications, ideas and plans for the next year.

“The WEBCON platform has proven to be much better than the open-source solutions we have used so far, to introduce students to the subject of business processes. The intuitiveness and speed of creating a prototype of the process allowed the students to focus on solving problems during classes, not on fighting technology.”
