A prototype is worth more than a thousand meetings

WEBCON BPS Designer Desk is becoming increasingly popular with our customers. Without the need for programming or detailed knowledge of the configuration and functionality of the full version of WEBCON BPS, this tool enables you to:

• gather requirements on the basis of which processes will be designed,
• create prototypes of document workflows (using "drag and drop")
• test and modify prototypes,
• design analyses and reports,
• generate prototype documentation,
• publish the prototype in WEBCON BPS Designer Studio,
• communicate easily with implementation and IT departments.

From November 2023, our offer will include the training:

“Process Prototyping in WEBCON BPS Designer Desk"

which can be your first step into the world of WEBCON BPS. Using the familiar interface of Designer Studio and based on the same philosophy of prototyping and working with processes, Designer Desk allows you to participate in the design, implementation, and monitoring of the entire system in a more efficient and easier way.

During the course, participants will learn, among other things:

• what a business process is and how to use No Code and Low Code technologies to design processes,
• how modern design methods are supported,
• which components make up the WEBCON BPS platform and where Designer Desk is located within it,
• what Designer Desk and prototyping are used for.

In the practical part of the training, participants will learn to:

• design a business process prototype,
• construct a workflow with individual steps and paths,
• plan actions to automate specific tasks,
• design forms,
• manage the application view available to the end user,
• test the prototype and generate the associated documentation,
• export prototypes to WEBCON BPS Designer Studio,
• influence the further development of processes configured on the basis of "their" prototypes.

Organizational information

The training lasts approx. 5 hours (including the theoretical part: 30 minutes – the remaining time is for practical exercises) and starts punctually at 9:00 am.

The training is delivered remotely via MS Teams. Participants will be given access to configured training environments allowing them to use Designer Desk.

It is recommended to use two monitors during the training.
