Now and then you may have menu buttons which interact with an item list. While the top toolbar is an anchor for all actions, it would be easier if these menu buttons could be displayed next to the item list. This improves the user experience:

• The user doesn’t need to be aware of these menu buttons. They are just next to the item list where they are relevant.
• It will reduce an overloaded toolbar
