The “Suggested” report allows you to quickly find the searched instance based on its current status and form field describing it. It displays all instances that have been updated or created in the last year that the user (currently vieving the portal) has access to.
Fig. 1 presents the “Suggested” report available from the portal main page created for all applications in the portal. It contains instances from all applications, you can sort it by the number of instances that meet their criteria.

Search filters can narrow down the number of displayed instances according to:
Search filters change dynamically with the following user selections on the application/workflow/form type…level. You can delete the previously selected filters by clicking on the red cross.

Each instance that appears in the search is given a score. Scores are awarded based on:

The "Suggested" report allows you to quickly search instances from the entire WEBCON BPS portal, thanks to a wide range of dynamically changing filters. Using the "Suggested" report can be very helpful when you are not sure which application the workflow instance is coming from.
