Mobile app ADFS error

In our company, we have enabled authentication via ADFS. When trying to log in using the mobile app, we get the following error: msg: An unhandled exception has occurred while executing the request. | agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 10; K) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/134.0.
