Hi, One of our employees has changed their last name, and as a result, their old AD account is now inactive. However, there are still tasks assigned to that old account across several applications. Is there a way to efficiently migrate or reassign these tasks to the new account? Thanks in adv
Hi Franek, SDK add-ons usually work only within a specific version range (e.g. 2020.x.x.x). When upgrading to a newer version, the SDK needs to be adjusted accordingly. This can be done independently if you have a license, or outsourced to a third-party company or the original vendor.
