Hi, I think it would make sense to add to the global permissions the level “access to applications” Currently, if we give a global level of, for example, “permission to read all items” it can be problematic to give permissions to the application per each application. This needs to be maintained and remembered. If there is a global level per item, it should also be global for the application.

(...) Hi, I don't know if this is possible in the BPS 2025 version, but for earlier versions I miss the ability to center the text (and make it bold) on request for each column of the item list or SQL GRID data table. I don't think it's possible to set the background color for the column label. Regards, D.

(...) hi, I would like to create a calculated column for a report with a list of items. This column, using SQL, should fetch data from another process. I want to map it based on the DET_Att23 ID for each row of the report:: select sum(DE.DET_Value2 - isnull(DE.DET_Value17, 0)) as nn from WFELEMENTS join WFELEMENTDETAILS DE on WFD_ID = DE.DET_WFDID where WFD_DTYPEID = '212' and DE.DET_WFCONID = '5788' (...)

(...) have a voting application in which several people can vote on the publication of a new file. The application consists of a main workflow (with a list of the workflow participants) and a sub-workflow for each participant. After the "Start" step, I want the attachment to be read-only. In both the main workflow and the sub-workflows, it should not be possible to add an attachment, nor remove an existing (...)

(...) Hi Guys, Is there any way to configure paging for the item list? Got one with > 280 rows, initiated from the SQL query. I cannot use data table to display the data only, as users need to add comment for each row in one of the columns.

Hi everyone, I have a scenario where, in one of our workflows, we use the “Move Workflows (SQL)” action on a transition path to update multiple workflow instances—often dozens or even hundreds. Each of these updated workflows executes several actions upon transition, including making a REST API request to an external system. The issue arises when, for example, out of 150 instances, 140 compl

Description of change: In the low-code system in the Comments field, the System Administrator should be able to delete a comment added by a user. First option: The deleted comment will not be visible to normal users. (as if it had never been added) OR Second option: The deleted comment will be replaced by the default type text: {username} delete added comment (something like deleting

(...) useful to allow the configuration of the search mode per source data column in pickers. This would enable more efficient searching by letting users explicitly define the most appropriate search mode for each column, leading to faster data retrieval and an overall better experience. Backward compatibility example: The current setting in the Picker tab would still define the default search mode. After (...)

(...) I used JS button to InvokeRule(Form rule). Form rule used for each ROW function on Item list to populate technical column with increment integer (1, 2, 3…). This integer was used for Item list sorting in Item list configuration. While in version 2022, the execution order of for each ROW was driven by sorting (even unsaved) Item list as seen on the screen (First sorted visible row first, Last sorted visibl (...)
