(...) Hey everyone, I've got a request from my business to automatically split the tasks between people in the department. Did anyone here had a chance to implement something like round robin / load balance of tasks assigned to people from a group? The idea would be one person get's the task assigned, but the remaining part of the team will just get edit rights to the document. I don't recall any built- (...)

(...) d references broke it apparently, then and then it worked. I now have a multi-line advanced text field with settings and editor. I tried to add in word as rich text field control with and without business rule / only text field value. Should I try to create the word again until it works ? Or is it just not possible to take the format of the text over into the word-file? Best regards Phil I (...)

I have a single line text field as a technical field that I set to describe specific status e.g. Approved / Denied English is set as the original language within the business rule that sets me the field along the way. I use this technical field within our dashboards but it always defaults to English no matter what I do,. The path gets triggered by a subworkflow. If I the author myself go on the path (...)

Has anyone dealt with this before (...)

(...) ution mode'. These are running outside the context of a workflow/process anyway and while you are going through multiple iterations you may want to consolidate these. Ok, there may be references to business rules / automations which may prevent these, but that would be something which could be checked and the user could be informed that this isn't supported in the current version. Best regards, Dani (...)

(...) ocess (an initial stage of the same process) or as a separate process that may later lead to the initiation of a lending process? We are interested in how you define the boundary between these two business cases and what arguments you would use in support of either approach.

(...) cting the others)? How did you solve it? I’m also curious about the reasoning behind this design decision. Was it intentional to avoid potential workflow inconsistencies, or are there technical or business reasons why finishing individual tasks in Admin mode isn’t supported? I’d appreciate hearing how others have handled similar scenarios. Thanks!
