Hi everyone, I've been working on a "to do" app and I thought that a calendar report view showing the tasks to be dane with their date would be perfect. In the calculated columns of my standard table report I have a calculated column with a red square for an overdue task and green for all the "to be done n the future" ones. Works great. I created the same for the calendar report and there is a pr
(...) Hello community, I am building application with one Dictionary process, and one standard process with 2 workflows. I would like to start second workflow many times as subworkflow of fist workflow and assign it to the several users/users groups (one per subworkflow) selected from Dictionary process. I am trying to use action “start a subworkflow (SQL)”. My understanding is that “start a subworkflow (SQL)” (...)

After the user has entered the element, the "new" value should be automatically inserted into the original standard process without the user having to do this again. I know that I can start a "new" process (dictionary) after the form is completed and assign it to the user, but unfortunately I don't know how to update t (...)
Dear All, Would you like the idea having global application home on Webcon portal, which means you can include reports/dashboards for multiple applications even from different content databases? In our situation we separated content databases as per organization structure, which is usually useful, but it is a disadvantage if you want to show a consolidated high level view. I know that it is

I would like to suggest an enhancement to the user interface of Item List (tabular) form fields within the WEBCON BPS platform. [Current Limitation] At the moment, users are unable to freeze specific columns in Item Lists when scrolling horizontally. This often leads to usability issues, especially in wide tables, where the first few columns (e.g., item name or ID) get lost from view. [
I would like to propose a UX enhancement for the WEBCON platform: displaying the step name in red whenever inheritance is broken on the step list and also directly on the graphical Workflow diagram, in the same way this visual indicator is already used for step names in the Attribute Matrix. The goal is to improve clarity, consistency, and error prevention during process design and maintenance.
Hi, I'm currently trying to figure out a way to filter a Custom data source with an "dynamic" filter. Here's a rough overview: #Custom data source I've created an SDK of type data source which prepares the data #Filter I have a filter value which is dynamic for a given workflow instance. Here are two examples: {COLUMN:ID#ID} in ('KHL_030','KHL_020') {COLUMN:ID#ID} in ('KHL_001','KH
