Hi everybody, KSeF Connector. I configured it and it was working properly, and suddenly an error started appearing. It looks like an error from the government API. I'm wondering if anyone has encountered this issue and if there's any way to set intervals in the KSeF Connector. I have an appsettings.production.json file, but I don't know if the settings there apply. I use WebconExpress and updated the version of the webcon to newest one. The license is activated. iis is working and I can open an element on website. I can open webcon designer and apply changes. but users aren't able to edit elements. In event log we can find the error Message=Wartość nie może być zerowa. Hello, I am attempting to launch the ABBY OCR service on a dedicated server. In the configuration, I have set the OCR AI function for the dedicated service. Unfortunately, in the logs I have a stopped document described as: Unassigned (screen). Do you have any idea where the configuration is missing? I would like to add that the Abby licences are activated on the new server.
Hi, I have an implementation question. We'd like to merge two WebCon instances into one. We currently have two servers, two configurations, and two WebCon services. Is it possible to merge two instances onto one physical server, running both configurations on one service?

We are currently testing a Zebra Android handheld scanner (Model: MC333U-GJ3EG4EU) and would like to install the Webcon app on it. However, when attempting to install the app via the Google Play Store, we receive an error message. I’ve read that App developers can define which device models are supported in the Play Store, but I can’t understand why this particular scanner is not eligible. Hi, is it necessary to open any ports other than HTTPS/HTTP (443/80) on the application server to run the Designer Studio on a remote machine (not on the application server)? - or open traffic from that remote machine to the SQL server

The production environment was installed in 10/2024 (R 2024 version.. and updated to the latest R2025), the dev-environment was installed a few days ago (R 2025). I installed a new instance of webcon. In IIS I have new site with 3 bindings webcon-test.domain:.com 80 webcon-test.domain.com : 443 empty :80 Auth provider AD I'm not able to login to portal from the machine where webcon is installed via https/http://webcon-test.domain.com But link http://localhost works fine When I change a server and try to login via https/http://webcon-test.domain.com everythinks works fine.
