Hi all! Does anyone configured a start worflow in sharepoint using an API? I've following the tutorial video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3hC1fAjvAk) to start a subworkflow using MS Flow (now called Power Automate) but when I need to configure the Get Token Action I only have the options in the picture and they are premium. Anyone with ideas? Using the json in the column of the item list is not working. Thank you!

Hi, a user just tried to search for a word through all documents in a report via the report's search panel, using the "Search in Attachments" option. As the hitlist was way too small I got called. I found out that the result only includes instances that have the searched term somewhere in the metadata. If i do a global search I get hundreds of hits - so the documents are properly indexed, and can be found when searched. The report is SQL based. Portal Version is 2020.1.3.411, but I couldn't (...)

Hi all, I have a process for the RH where for the different subsidiaries there are different documents and salary benefits for the new admission. The point is when the subsidiary is selected, the form should be updated with the list of documents needed and send them in a notification for the new candidate. Hello together, I try to implement an CustomAction with Syncfusion. Now when I want to start my workflow I always get an error message that the file is missing. The photo of the fault is in the attachment. Has someone experience with this or knows how this must be implemented? Hello, I am trying to clear the contents of a technical itemlist which I use to put data into a word document. This itemlist works as a buffer and takes the rows of another itemslist which have with a YES/NO field selected as YES. The source itemlist always has different values so i need to refresh the buffer. I need an easy way to clear the contents of the buffer itemlist. Also, the buffer itemlist has to be COMPLETLY empty. We are about migrating content to WEBCON BPS. I would like to have at least the last modifying users migrated as well. How could i achieve this? Was thinking about setting a technical field to the last modifying user and then doing an SQL Update on the element after migration. Sure this is not the way that is officially supported. But is there another way?

Hi all! We are currently using the Google Maps field with address-based (dynamic) mode for registration of clients, which is in my opinion very user-friendly. The problem is, this mode shows the correct position on the map, but it doesn't store anything in the workflow item. We want to store Longitude and Latitude (e.g. in 2 extra fields of the process/workflow) along with Street, Zip and City (which is already happening). I hope you know, what I mean. I'm banging my head on the wall... I'm sure there is an easy solution but can't figure it out at the moment. I would like to prevent users entering duplicate values in a field when starting a new workflow and I don't want to use the Instance Number to achieve that. I have a process ABC with field WFD_AttText1. How do I prevent the user to enter a value that already exists in the field WFD_AttText1 of the process ABC? Thank you.
Hello, I hope you can help with this! I need to guarantee that a file in the attachments is checked-in (so the version will be different than 1) before moving the workflow to the next step. I am using Exchange events action to add a meeting request to the meeting participants. Except from some annoying trouble with Sharepoint and the Webcon solutions we managed to get everything running smoothly again. We uninstalled everything except from SOLR, and installed it again. The old databases are offline. Currently there is still an alias configured, that routes traffic that might go to the old SQL-Server to the new one, which is okay, but nothing we want to (...)
