I tried use of multiple global business rule ( with parameters) in one global business rule (with parameters). Every global business rule used has parameters. Hi everyone, did anyone came across the use case where an iPad should be shared among multiple users? Each user has his own (Azure AD) account which he should use for logging in. The problem is that it seems to be impossible to really sign out from the app (website). The same users will be logged in regardless which "log out" action I use. Has anyone experienced Webcon Workflow Service changing values of attributes by itself? As you can see in the attached screenshot, the change occured on step "Dekretacja" with no path passage. First at step "Weryfikacja OCR" the values of the OCR verification were corrected by the user and passed to the step "Dekretacja" for further proceding. But at that step Webcon decided to change the two fields (the ones passed through OCR z few steps before) for no reason. Has anyone come accross such Webc (...)
Hi, I've found the problem with a report configuration. If I chose 2 workflows in a report. In one workflow I chose "All steps", and in another one "Selected steps", I don't see the workflow documents where I chose "All steps"
Hi, because of the lately very, very poor performance of SQL-Reports I have changed some reports to Searchindex. The SQL-Reports always only show the workflows that the user has access to, after I changed it to SearchIndex every user sees everything in the report, but of course then can't open the instances they dont have permission to. The predefined Filter is set to all. Is there anything I can do to make SOLR reports to only show what the user has at least read rights? Oh, our current ve (...)

Hello everyone I have question about Suggested report - when there is many threads and many values in categories not every value in each category is shown. Only firest 10 most common values are shown. I need to use filters to received less common data. For example - I know that Tomasz is author of some threats, but he is not visible in category "Author" becuase amount of this threats is less then 7 (screenshot 1). Hi everyone! Am I blind or there is no function oposite to COLLECTION, that would remove an element from collection? How do you manage to overcome the lack of this function? I came up with an idea of making a JS form rule that takes a collection and removes a value given in one of the parameters. It works. But there are limitations that make the solution inelegant. Hi, I've been learning Microsoft Graph API and managed to create folders (parent and child) using POST and PATCH methods in a SharePoint Library via Graph Explorer. Now I have the following scenario. Hi all, I've deployed a test environment to "sell" webcon internally. Activation email was delayed, I waited for some time so I imported everything when still demo. Everything worked. We have 2 processes: Accounts and Payables . I have created a report for those 2 processes with global form fields fields. Among them there 2 people picker fields. The report is pulling all the requests without any issues but when I tried to filter on the global people picker Column, it is not showing the data. I have problem with configuration hotfolders. I would like add option to automaticly add attachments to existing workflow by barcode. Only worked solution is worked for me is start new workflow but is not what i need. I was based on https://howto.webcon.com/hotfolder-adding-scanned-files-to-process/ I don't now why onlu "standard barcodes" is enabled in designer studio if "attachments based on barcode" is selected. how hotfolder mechanism is looking for bacode? where is he looking it? Hello community, I have a short question: Does anyone know the reason for the following error? >Adding new row is not allowed in this step.< The error appears on all steps when I click on dropdowns, check-boxes, item lists, path buttons and delete/save/delegate menu buttons.
