In the 2023 version, we have the ability to generate QR codes for each element. The mobile application has introduced a search by QR codes, which is very useful. I miss the ability to add QR codes to document prints from Webcon. It could look similar to adding barcodes in document templates. Thanks to this, a person who receives a printed document could easily find the right element in the Webcon system by scanning the QR code.
Hello Everyone, We have some challenges with Archiving in Webcon BPS, so we have some ideas to improve. 1. Issue: you cannot setup field availibility for archived instances Proposal: there could be a 3rd form editor like standard/mobile form have. Or/and additional field matrix setting controlling visibility on archive form. 2. Issue: Instance level privileges are not inherited to archived instances. Hi, I'm finally taking the time to add this user voice. I think it was in BPS 2020 or 2021 where the option was added that a constant in a business rule would be displayed in the format Group:Constant (1). Right clicking on the name of the constant would show a context menu with all constants in this group (2). This was similar to the one which is displayed if you right click on the choose field to switch from ID to Name. Can we get it back please. :) Best regards, Daniel
Hi everyone, I just received a response in a ticket and the rich text contained a link to an attachment. I've never thought about this, but I really like this. In this context it would be great, if the context menu auf an attachment would have a function to copy the link of the attachment. Another cool feature in the rich text editor would be to add a link using the existing attachments. Best regards, Daniel

Hello everyone, I've encountered too many times situation, where i need to make really subtle change in application, to fix some kind of error/bug. Changes so small like: * Add column on a report * Update filter on picker field * Update filter on report * Check 'wizard mode' on path * Reorder paths * and other fixes requiring less than 5 minutes of work in designer studio... Going through whole DEV/TEST/PROD workflow is overkill for those, and waiting 2+ weeks for making that change (...)
Hello, in the 2023.1.3.29 version, we have apparently identified a reproducible bug. In our case we are using a text field to store a time value. The goal is for this to automatically replace a period ('.') with a colon (':') after input (Style and behavior). The error occurs when we attempt to replace every period ('.') with another character using STRING REPLACE, specifically in the case of "15.00" where we want to replace each period ('.'). There is a possibility to attach an email by dragging it manually from outlook to the attachments area. By doing so, user is asked about category, to which attachment should be added, but it's visible later only in the history, and not on the form. I suggest, that categories should be also visible on e-mail conversations tab, so when user selects it, it is not hidden.
Can we have a new feature to add context variables to the HTML dashboard widget? For example application ID, ID of a report etc. When copying application from Production to Test, the report IDs are different and HTML links are therefore broken.
Hello, I'm having a case, where I need to display last comment, author of the comment, and date on a Data Table attribute. I don't want to move the comments, to parent flow, as this will create a lot of mess due to lots of child flows. I thought this could be a built in feature, same as we can select last comment in buisness rules context, we could access it from reports, and webcon data sources, so it would be easy to display it.
Dear All we have a lot of pie charts at our dashboards and when someone has a lot of cases in different instances of pie chart dimenssion e.g. depo, country, acceptacne path it is difficult (esspecially since WEBCON2022) to select certain part of data. it would be nice to have option to select one lable from the graph legen or deselect all and then select one instead of deselecting several + recent dispaying of the values on pie chart doesn't bring a lot of value as it only shows number of inst (...)
In template configuration of vacation template generated process we have 2 important data sources - vacation history and vacation plans. Their display on vacation chart is different - history has legend and colors for different types of absences, whereas plans are displayed just in one color and there are no types. Hi, as always when a new feature is provided, new requests will follow immediately. :) It would be great to see in the workflow history whether path authorization was used and which method was used. At the moment, it's not at all visible if path authorization was used at all. If the authorization is activated for existing workflows, we can't distinguish which instances have been using it. Hi. I would suggest to simplify company selector in substitutions. In environments with multiple companies and several content databases list of companies is cross join of both, making it difficult for the user to choose and also requires adding several substitudions records for each content database (content database names are rather technical name and are not usefull for end users). Hello, While designing form I'm often getting questions about possibility to set some additional description to the field. I'm usually talking about the tooltip, but it requires the action of end user - he have to willingly hover on the (ℹ️) icon, to display the message, and there is no guarantee, that he will see it. Hi, it would be great if the "Download all attachments" would always be visible. At the moment it is only visible if: - There are at least two attachments - "Add and edit" is allowed It would be even better if the "Download all attachments" would reflect the currently displayed attachments. Hi, Blocking access based on login. Situation related to last webconaday :). Suddenly, there was a need to block access to the webcon BPS platform for a specific user. The situation was a bit more complicated because the user could not be deactivated at the AD level.
