Hello, it would be nice if there`s a possibility to customize columns in build-in Archive report (Searching structures), independently for each application for example :)
On reports we have the great possibility to execute mass actions by passing in some parameters. It would be a great having a similar kind of dialog menu action, where we can configure some informational text (e.g. as header/footer) and of course one or more fields as parameter. The configured parameters we then can use to execute an action. The dialog could contain a cancel and a okay
WEBCON BPS reporting offers great functionality for sorting, filtering. It would great having the option to implement and configure a SDK extension for reports, which would allow to execute an action based on the current selection. In my case the SDK extension would receive the selected rows with all fields and generate an advanced Pdf report. There's currently not an easy way to identify versions which have been created in administration mode. The attached picture shows two changes. Both were done using the admin mode. Unfortunately this is not visible for the second one where the admin added a comment. Maybe a new column could be added or a different colour could be used for versions created in administration mode.
Hi, so HTML attributes are great, but only untill you try to do something with them - like hide for example... or export - import Seems like you keep them all in a single SQL field:-( So, some JS manipulation is needed, rule editor is useless. Can you make normal HTML attributes - every attribute in separate SQL field?
It would be great if an option would be added to place the field name above the picture field, like it is available for the 'multiple lines of text' field. Hi, if you have a large form with numerous tabs because of to many fields the tab names may become unreadable in BPS 2025 on a desktop pc with 1980x resolution. This could be a little bit improved, if we could render the tabs not only horizontally but also vertically. The question would be whether to display the content of the tab between the current and the next tab or at the end of the tabs. Of course, there could be even other solutions to this, like how it is done in CRM where the (...)

Hi, what do you think of collapsing the toolbar on a report to a gear/action icon or similar? I have the feeling that the toolbar is not regularly used and collapsing it could save some space. Hi, this may be a duplicate but I'm not sure whether I have added it and didn't found anything related. It would be great if we could display report tiles not only vertically but also horizontally (floating). In addition it would be great if we could not only select a custom font color for the accent but one of the new brand colors in WEBCON BPS 2025. Hi, depending on the use case / form it may be helpful to extend the option to place field names above the control from multi line fields to all fields. They are already automatically placed above, if you are using a mobile/tablet , but this could also help when using a PC. Especially if you are using an other form template than 50/50 this may improve the UI when for "normal" monitor resolution and large ones. New versions should be available for download an install separately of the existent installed Designer versions, or there should be an option to update or downgrade the existent versions. It is annoying when i can not use older versions after upgrading to new version of Designer Studio.
Hi, if we are saving a workflow instance the form validation is ignored. This includes regular expression. In my opinion the regular expression should be checked and if they are not successful, saving should be prevented. Otherwise we will be able to save invalid data, which in turn can lead to issues, if the data is used in other workflows. Hello, I need to look through xx documents one by one. I think that a very interesting solution would be a report that would allow you to jump element by element. For example, I have 100 documents to review and I don't have to go to each one individually, but move through the pages of a book in the report. Same think as is done on history element its possible jumping one by one change. Or Mebay its already implementent and i Dont know were it is ?:)

Version 2023.1.3.29 A few weeks ago, I encountered a problem with a GLOBAL ACTION (on start cyclic) in an older process. It stopped working (unfortunately, I do not have a screenshot of the error message). Restarting did not resolve the issue. I noticed that the execution count had reached 65,536. Even after stopping and restarting (which reset the count to 0), it still didn't work. I had to create a new GLOBAL ACTION, deactivate the old one, and then everything worked fine again. Sinc (...)
