Server Connection Errors in Portal

Hi all,

Do you know why the Server Connection errors are displayed on the form? The users are complaining that the errors are showing up more frequently when they access Webcon.

I've noticed that the error normally occurs when my Internet drops and the connection is lost, but is this happening for other reasons?
